Lately I am busy shooting the new movie, after shooting also busy with recording of the new album. I know that all of u have been looking forward to my new album for a long time. 3rd annual Mandarin Movie Media Awards was held in Guangzhou last night . The organiser seemed to take sars epidemic lightly, those who were presnt at filming section were told not to wear maks. Many winners from HK & TW were absent , including winners of the 3 Most Popular Actors--- Andy Lau, Tony Leung & LL ( Gold, Silver, Bronze) . Viseo clips on Anthony & Andy were played instead. Cecilia Cheung, Andrew Lau , Alan Mak etc were present.

Infernal Affiars & Hero were voted as Most Popular Fim in HK , Taiwan & Mainalnd respectively.

Anthony Wong was voted Beat Actor with his role in I A & �eWant To Fly�f. Angelica Li won Best Actress with movies Want To Fly & See Ghost. I A was again the big winner for the night with 4 awards-- Most Popular Film, Most Popular Actor, (2) & Best Actor.

Cecilia said she will continue with filming of Mr. Fit. She said the most unberable part is to see Andy having to endure hours of make-up, she feels sorry for him. Her voice was hoarse , she said it was due to day-night filming leading to insomia.

Had completed all the work on shooting. We took an early flight back to HK this morning. As there is outbreak of atypical pneumonia recently, to play safe, the company forced all those who have been to Mainland to take leave, so some staff can only stay at home to do work. Oh my god, if they loaf on the work how would I know ? Ha~~ha~~

Early untimely death of Leslie again reflects the loneliness & troubled life of artistes who appear to stand high above the masses & reality...

How can one prevent oneself from the harm ? Faced with stress, just pretend to be silly & relax , this method can be a reference, as shown by Stephen Chow , Nat Chan & Eric Tsang. They have reached supremacy at it & become untouchable.

Hermit style as seen in Tony Leung & Faye Wong though couldn�ft shake off the doggie pack but they are still able to do what they wish to do , keeping a distance from the media & yet giving right amt of cooperation, substisting peacefully.

As for those without things under-wrapped such as Alan , Andy Lau, Nancy Seet etc do just as well to mingle with everybody, setting their aim to contribute to the society, when u become part of them, what secret is there to unravelled ? This is indeed a tall tactic....

Andy is presently in Yunan Lijinag filming MV. According to news reports from Chengdu he was spotted by the local media. The reporters rushed to the hotel but were stopped by his workers, & were warned that their negative will be exposed if they were to take photos. Later when the crew went to Yi Long Shan for scenic shoots, the reporters again followed, but were equally barred. .

The reports said that when Andy & crew arrived at the snowy scenic spot called Yun Shan Ping , they closed the road . No intruder was allowed in. But this led to the unhappiness of the visitors . They complained that they had bought entry ticket fee of RMB 80 plus another 80 RMB of cable car ride & yet because of Andy Lau filming MV they were not allowed in. A chaos ensued. When the crew saw the brawl, they immediately stopped shooting & allowed the visitors to pass through.

TITLE: ANDY WEARS A MASK TO BE SAFE

Andy is v concerned that morte & more people contracted sars. He dons a amsk wherever he goes to be safe. But when Johnnie To says go Beijing for shooting, he still have to go, like it or not. On the plane, his mask was on all the time. Only when being intrviewed by reporters then he took down the mask.

Today we also took cable car to the hill top for filming, but this cable car is different from the one we took yesterday. It is a smaller version, only have seats, the two legs are dangling below, quite scary, ha~~ ha~~. Have a few spots to shoot today, the schedule is more rushed, luckily all is smooth-going.

TITLE: JAY & ANDY BOTH WANT MONEY & LIFE

Despite sars scare, some artistes are not afraid , just to make money ! Jay Chou had no choice but to fly to Shanghai yesterday to film a commercial . As sars outbreak is rampant in many regions, in all public appearences, Andy is seen wearing a mask , but the moment Johnnie To says go shooting in Beijing, even if he does not wish to go, Andy still have to go filming as the Mr. Strong.

In the recent HKFA, he was on mask from beginning to end, only when the reporter requested him to take down for photo taking would he take down. Filming of Mr. Fit is ongoing at a fast pace, as it affects all the other actors, so even if he is unwilling, he still have to go to Mainland !

Today contunue with work at Lijiang. The ste is at a snowy highlands , it is v cold , even snowing ! As it was on the snowy land, we as a group have to go there by cable car. This cable car is the longest in Asia. We saw some animals on arrival, these animals are called �ehairy bull�f. Its hair is much much longer than what we usually see, v rarely seen indeed.

Andy seldom goes pubbing, though he has no award, he still appeared with face akin MJ, but he stayed for abt half an hour only, he left in a hurry.

Catchy New Talent Academy was to hold a �egraduation show�f for its newly selected stars middle of the this month. But due to the outbreak of atypical pnuemonia, it has decided to postpone the contest . It will be delayed till end of May or June. Other than avoiding the disease outbreak, it can also give more time to the students. 30 students had successfully gone through 2 rounds of selections by Andy , the Academy & higher office bearers of TVB. Out of the 30, only 12 who pass the graduation show will enter to be trained for the full 1/2 a year course for free. Training includes singing, acting, compering, gongfu, etc it is going to be tough, there are many tests. Should the student fails in training or in character, they might be kicked out.

Andy encouraged the applicants who were not selected, �g They are not poor in quality, just that they do not have enough experience . Some are good-looking, we will consider calling them up for filming.�h

Andy also urged the artistes to be responsibe in promoting wearing of mask , & to wear one in pubic to be hygienic.

Now I am at a highland area, getting ready to shoot a new series of commercial. Today is the first day of filming. Though the weather is cold here, the air is v fresh. Lately always wearing a mask, it is a rare chance that I can breathe some fresh air here.

Andy is presently on the way to Mainland, diary on hold for a day.

The movie invested by Peter Lam, I A, was the big winner with 7 awards in HKFA this year, a happy Peter held a dinner to celebrate with the crew. He indicated he is v satisfied with the results. Will he invite the crew to tours as rewards ? He quipped now with SARS it is advisable not to travel.

After the pos-award bash , Tony & Carina continued to the restaurant @ Tsim Sha Tsui New World to join them, celebrating with Andy, Shawn Yu, Anthony , Eric Tsang & others. Abt 20 over fans were there to cheer for Andy. Andy was first to leave at abt 1am . They had a good time till 2 am.

Tonight attended Film Awards . V happy Infernal Awards was the big winner this time. This gives a lot of merriment to the crew members. Hope all the movie people can become more united to produce movies with sincerity, thereby promoting this industry to a gretaer height.

TITLE: MASKS ON HK OSCARS NIGHT

Wearing a protective mask during the HKFA was actor Andy Lau .

The show went on for the HKFA last night--against a backdrop of the SARS outbreak & the sudden suicide of Leslie Cheung. The highlight came whe the 4 Heavenly Kings sang a tribute to Cheung, who was a best-actor nominee. But all the 3 actresses who won awards did not turn up. And those like actor Andy Lau or actress Karen Mok kept their masks on, except when they went up on stage.

TITLE: ANDREW LAU WON BEST DIRECTOR AWARD

Andrew Lau , nominated for the first time for Best Director, took home the award . He was v moved by the win , he admitted he is quite satisfied with the nos of awards won for I A. but he regreted I A did not win Best Cinematography . He also laments that Andy who contested with Tony in Best Actor award did not win. In his eyes, both of them are winners of Best Actor award. They should have won it together. They are complimantary , not one less. Did he console Andy? He said it is not necessary, as Andy is v happy, Andy said seeing Andrew won the award is enough, they are good pals for mnay years.

22nd HKFA was held last night @ Tsim Sha Tsui HK Cultural Center. Attendees included 2 govemental heads , 4 Heavenly Kings, Tony Leung, Lin Jia Shuan, Sandra Ng, Stephen Chow, Carina Lau, Chow Yin Fat, Cecilia, Kelly Chen, Samo Hong, Chang Zhen, et al. In addition to 2,000 masks given out to guests, yellow ribbons for wear on the clothes were also given out to show appreciation to all the medical staff fighting battle with atypical pnuemonia. There was no red carpet, a board was set up for them to sign & leave words for the medical staff. Only a few present wore the masks, Andy removed it as soon a she enterd.

The ceremony began with an emotional Eric Tsang thanking medical staff & saying words of encouragement, it was a touching moment. He introduced the 4 Heavenly Kings on stage to sing dang Nian Qin as tribute to the late Leslie Cheung.

All the 4 were solemn & in black outfits . After the bow, Jacky Cheung took the lead in singing the first line, followed by Andy. Jacky was most composed, LL apperaed to have swollen eyes, he remained holding head high . Aaron was red-eyed. Andy sang with eyes closed, his hands treambled a bit & sang a wrong line ( Apple Daily ) . The mood was grim, with audience wiping off tears.

The newly crowned Best Actor & Actress were Tony Leung & Angelica Li. Tony now having won the awrd 4 times, beat the record of 3 set by him & Chow Yin Fat . Angelica won in Golden Horse , Golden Bauhinia & this present HKFA, is really fascinating, it is a pity she didn�ft turn up.

Anthony Wong was winner of Best Supporting Actor. In all, Infernal Affairs won 7 awards, including Best Film, Best Director, Best Screenplay, Best Editing, Best Original Movie Song. Andy was on the stage to receive the award, he quipped that Tony had told him to wait for him , as he had gone to Shi Kian�fs hose to present an award to him.

Though it is a public holiday today, after I had finished with filming work, I started with recording of the album, have a fulfilling day.

2003 First Seasonal Jade Solid Gold Selection was held last night at the new studio @ Cheung kwan O . It is the first show hosted at the new venue. Andy & Tony were absent due to work schedule, they had informed the organiser early. Many singers won awards but did not turn up.

The title ‘4 Heavenly Kings ‘ seldom surface nowadays, but to express respect & in memory of Leslie, the 4 have agreed to be on the same stage again. They will sing Leslie’s signature sone Dang Nian Qin. Not to give audience a flamboyant feel, they were told to sing snas music.

Andy’s relationship with gege was v good. Though his new movie takes up a lot of time in make-up, when he was approached with the request, he agrees readily.

22nd HKFA will take place tonight at the Cultural Center Tsim Sha Tsui.

Infernal Affairs director Andrew Lau was confered Most Outstanding Director award in March at a Director Meet by fellow directors. I A was also chosen as Most Recommended Movie. In the recent Golden B awards, it has also taken away Best Fim & Best Director awards. Naturally everyone is rooting for it to win again tonight.

Andrew Lau too hope it is so, it is his first time contesting since ’91.

On the Best Actor category, he hopes both Andy & Tony can get , as together there is chemistry, without either one the movie is not good. It is not unprecendent for 2 actors to get the award at the same time. He hopes Tu Wen Kai has a chance in Best Suporting actor, as both Eric & Anthony are already belonging to Best Actor category, hope the chance is given to a newcomer.

Today is Andrew Lau’s bday, here I wish him ‘everyday has this day, every year has this time’, also best wishes to him for honor in HKFA .

Andy is contending for Best Actor award in HKFA, analysing the contest subjectively, he thinks the fight will be between Leon & Tony, but he has certain confidence himslef, he said, " The competition is v keen this year, from artistic point of view, the roles played by LL & Tony stand out more. So is the role played by Angelica Li, I think she will win." He admitted he is still pinning for awards, he will not let go any opportunity , as awards is a driving force, it acknowleges his hardwork.

He finds the win 4 yrs ago unforgettable. Said he, "HKFA win was my first award, it was the only year held in Coliseum, the fans were present, so happy that I can share the happiness with them." He said the win has influenced his work, not in the change of his attitude & views on movie, but the change in others on his actiing skill.

He added his confidence is boosted. Previously when he filmed a movie, the director will ask him "Why do u want to act this way ? Use a live example to tell me your point." Now it is different, in filming AFB, the director has lots of confidence in him, he told Andy, " Do as u wish ! It is okay !" In Golden Chicks, Peter Chan asked him how he wanted to act, after listening to him, Peter agreed with the points & said he was thinking on the same line.

TITLE: INFERNAL AFFAIRS STRONG HOLD IN WINNING BEST FILM AWARD

Of the 4 movies nominated for Besrt Film in HKFA awards, I A-- Hero, Three & HK Hollywood, all the 4 directors are also pitting against each other in Best Director category.

I A is a clear hot favourite for these 2 grand awards. It had swept Best Film & Best Director award in G Bauhinia awards. With the movie topping at box-office in HK, the movie stands strong.

In Best Director category, the one that may pose a threat to I A is Fruit Chan from HK Hollywood. The other 4 movies nominated for Besy Film when compared to I A, is still a considerable gap.

I A, directed by Andrew Lau & Alan Mak, both cast & script is a flawless perfect combination. The movie pulls at viewers heartstrings, it is a good movie rarely seen in years, getting Best Film is indisputable. But in Best Director category, the contestants are strong, it is yet to be known if the nod will go to I A .

The writer chooses to vote for I A in both categories. It is a movie that jolts , the feeling is just too good for a movie. Of course its directors must be good, the movie takes in 50 mil, the two are deservably the winners.

TITLE: HKFA HELD PRAYING CEREMONY

HKFA will be held tomorrow night. A praying ceremony was held yesterday.

Leslie , one of the 5 nominees in Best Actor category had come to an unfortunate end, will HKFA confer him with the honor ? Chairman Mr. Chang stressed that HKFA has panel of judges, the result was picked middle of March , though nos of votes will be habded over to the organiser only an hour before the ceremony. No change will be made. He indicated the award is honored according to one�fs true ability. If it is affected by gege�fs suicide, it is an insult to the other nominees. But if it falls on Leslie, it must be predestined. The organiser is not to bother with any rumor arising.

He stressed again there is no special award to honor gege. He praised he was a respectable artiste, his contribution to movies was undeniable. To honor him it would be latter on. He said there will be a memorial service for Leslie at the beginning of HKFA, the 4 Heavenly Kings will sing a gege�fs classic .

News from Beijing 4/4 : 3rd Mandarin Movie Media Award will screen nominated movies from 6th to 12th in the cinemas in Guangzhou. Andrew Lau, Alan Mak, & its actors will attend the award ceremony on the 12th. I A, Three, are 2 of the many movies nominated. An online & sms poll shows Hero is voted as most popular nominated movie in Mainland with 70% of votes, whereas I A is voted as most popular in HK & TW with more than 80% of votes.

The weather is hot yet moist these few days, have to add on few tens of pounds of fake muscles on the body. The filming process was tougher than I thought. But never mind, as long as the after-effct is good, no matter how hard it is worth it.

Johnnie To is busy with filming of movie Mr. Fit lately. At a public appearence yesterday , he disclosed that they are still at the stage of testing out the look . A sum of 38 mil has been set for the production. As the special make-up is v expensive, it is not sure if the budget will be exceeded. Each Big Guy costume ( the fake muscles) costs close to 300 K , 6 sets have been ordered , adding up to abt US$500k. He jested Andy is like wearing a posh BMW sportscar on him each time . He said the role for Andy is much tougher than that for him in LOAD this time. Previously 6 hrs was needed, now it takes 12 hrs to do a make-up. But the after-effect is better than in LOAD. He praised that Andy has good professionalism, his mood is still good, maybe he has the experience before. He even said he is not scared, as it is only make-up. From the progreess, Andy is expected to endure another 2 months of acting. Date for the release of movie will be decided when the shooting is approachin the end, to make sure there is enought time for a quality production.

Leslie had won Best Actor prize in Days of Being Wild before, he was nominated again in the upcoming HKFA for the movie Inner Sense. Though the hot favorites to win Best Actor are the 2 IA actors, Tony & Anthony who is nominated in Best Supporting actor category hope that the organiser should not vote this time. In respect of Leslie Cheung, Best Actor award & Life Time Achievement award shd be honored to Leslie. TITLE: HEAVENLY KINGS TO SING A SONG TO MOURN LESLIE

HKFA will be held this Sunday as scheduled. Eric Tse & his daughter Bowie will host the event as planned. But the initial light comedy skit by Tu Wen Kai is now scrapped so as the make the event low-keyed & solemn.

There will be no elaborate dressing up, the stage will be casual. No more red carpet for the stars. Instead tributes will be paid to the medical staff . Mike covers, masks & gloves will be given to the attendees. Every 2 hrs there will be cleaning of railings, walls etc. Those who are unwell are advised to stay at home. All guests from overseas will be absent.

Info as given by Sing Pao is incorrect. Leslie Cheung had won Best Actor award in 1991 for his role in the movie --Days of Being Wild.

The ongoing epidemic of Sars in HK & sudden demise of Leslie Cheung led to speculation that HKFA might be postponed. In the meeting yesterday, chairman Mr. Chang dismissed the rumor & confirmed that the ceremony will be as scheduled this Sunday at HK Cultural Center. He added there is no change in the nomination as Best Actor for Leslie. As to if thre will be a mourning ceremony, he said it will be left to the production dept to decide. He stressed the meeting is to clarify there is no delay in the event.

Leslie was nominated as Best Actor 5 times in HKFA but had never won any. HKFA has not decided on whether to confer him a Life Time Achievemnet award. Leslie Cheung committed suicide in HK yesterday by jumping from a hotel building. 6 years ago he had just re-joined the circle. In the note left by him he indicated he was troubled by emotional problems. �c.

The sudden news saddened & shocked everyone . Andy cried uncontrollably. In the phone interview, he said he was so upset that he did not know what to say, his emotion had not been back to normal at that time. Andy stys in the same area as Leslie, they had filmed movies such as The Bund & others before, their relationship was considered deep.

TITLE: HKFA LACKS LUSTRE

22nd HKFA will be held this Sunday. But due to onslaught of atypical pneumonia, a director & an actress from Mainalnd have confirmed they are not coming. The organiser has not confirmed replacements for absentees. The list of awards presentors & hosts will be released at a press con on the 4th. A press meet will be held tomorrow to detail precautionary mesures for the event to ease everyone�fs concern on their safety. Chang Yimo & Maggie Cheung are also rumored to be not coming.

The weather has turned hotter recently, plus needing to put on up heavyweight look, makes me feels summer is v troublesome for this �eBig Guy�f. Actually this Big Guy is v afraid of heat.

Andy & Cecilia are now busy filming Mr.Fit ( Mr. Strong) , directed by Johnnie To. They were filming an outdoor dating scene 2 nights ago. The road was closed for filming.

At abt 9+ pm, the reporters spotted a pony-tailed Cecilia having packed dinner by the readside of �eWen Han�f west Rd. Many onlookers were attracted. Despite the SARS epidemic, most of the time Cecilia was not wearing a mask . An unmasked granny chatted with her, appearing to be in good mood, she was seen talking to the granny.

Soon after, Andy came. His presence caused a stir. He appeared in the exaggerated muscular make-up, just like Arnold Schwarzenegger. Many onlookers screamed, �g Wah! So big-sized!�h

Andy had acted as a 300-pounder before in LOAD, now he comes in this strong muscular look. The story of Mr.Fit, or Mr. Strong was abt Andy who was once a highly skilled pugilist, after a few reincarnations, becomes a Mr. Fit. Before shooting, Johnnie To & Andy had gone to Hollywood to look for special make-up artiste, fake muscles were tailored to suit Andy�fs physique. This Mr. Fit has a chest measurements of 45�h, 30�h waist, & 28�h arm. The weight of the fake muscles comes to a hefty 60lb.

The specialist make-up artistes were with Andy in the shooting. Andy was seen holding hands with Cecilia sauntering on the road, looking relax. He was not clumsy. The crew began shooting as soon as Andy arrived, to waste no time, so that Andy would not be too difficult.

However, as the movie co is keeping Andy�fs look a secret, when the crew members saw reporters snapping photos, they rebuked the reporters to stop them.

The make-up artistes were suspected to have caught SARS initially, luckily proven to be just a cold. Most of the cew members were wearing masks except Andy & Cecilia, as they need to film.

Andy & Sammi filmed a movie , Love On A Diet, 2 years ago . Both of them acted as fat guys. Special make-up was used to pile few tens of puonds of stuff to their bodies to make them fat. It was summer then, they perspired a lot , as their face & bodies were pasted with glue, it was v tough . Sammi even developed rashes. The movie turned out a hit , receiving rave reviews & high box office takings.

As a few crew members involved in the movie shooting fell ill with flu recently, the director decided to stop shooting for a few days in this sensitive period of time . Until today shooting was started. They have all recovered. Everyone must take care of the hygiene & your health, I will take care of myself, everyone rest assured.

Witnessed Infenal Affairs clinched 5 awards at Golden Bauhinia Awards, v happy. Hope everyone continue to support HK movies.

Tony Leung , Andy , Peter Lam et al were present at the 8th Golden Bauhinia Awards. Tony was crowned Best Actor with his role in I A. Andy who was one of the nominees said he is not disappointed with the lost, �gNo disappointment. Tony acted better than me, he is more artistic. �g Is he hoping to win in the upcoming Sunday�fs HKFA ? He replied as long as the movie can win awards he is happy. Boss Peter expressed his joy & quipped that the actors shd give him treat instead as the cost of movie production was high.

22nd HKFA will be held on 6th Apr next Sunday. 3 contending movies , Three, Hero, & I A, were screened in the open square of Cultural Center . Despite SARS scare, abt 30 turned up , esp for IA, the nos was greatest.

8th Golden Bauhinia Awards ceremony was over 2 nights ago under controversies over results. Post-award dinner was quiet, the winners, IA actors such as Andy, Tony , Anthony & boss Peter were present only for interview, they left before the dinner was even started ! 10 over tables were booked at a nearby hotel. Accordingly , the IA actors did not intend to celebrate now , & had gone home to rest, only Tony continued with shooting of commercial.

8th Golden Bauhinia Awards was held last night. Guests present included Andy Lau, Andrew Lau, Peter Lam, Jacky Cheung, Ti Long & wife, Angelica Li, Juno etc. About half of the hall was filled, half donned masks. Andy too was wearing a mask ,but he took it off as soon as he entered the Hall.

Tony arrived when the show was half way through. It was said because of leakage of result , the winner of Best actor was changed to Tony instead of LL. Tony quipped it is always like that for all the awards in the world.

Infernal Affairs was the big winner of the night, it clinched 5 big awards out of the 8 categories, namely : Best Movie, Best Actor , Best Supporting Actor, Best Director, & Best Screenplay. It is no wonder boss Peter was v happy .

Tony Leung & Angelica Li were winners of Best Actor & Actress awards. Angelica said she was v excited because she saw Andy Lau, Tony & Jacky . Anthony Wong won Best Supporting Actor award, he arrived after 9 pm when the show was over. He was at a musical with fans .

Hero won only one award, Best Cinematography.

Andy said he is not disappointed as he was part of the cast, as long as someone wins award, he is happy. Is he pinning hope on HKFA stilll? He said No, he still thinks Tony is better, he joked that as long as the award does not drop somewhere else is okay. Peter said he pins more hopes in HKFA

LL & Peter Chan promised to come but were not there. Though LL did not attend, his fans were present. When movie clips of LL & Andy were shown, fans cheered for their idols. But when LL fans saw Andy�fs movie trailers, they jeered ill-manneredly. When Tony was announced winner, they clapped , cheered, & left immediately, saying, �ggood, Andy lost, better than giving to him !�h When Tony was told LL fans refused to let AL win the award, he replied don�ft have to be so calculative, everyone shd come happily . Andy said it is alright with the criticism, as fans of couse they support their own idol.

Filming is v smooth today, finished all at noon time ! Suddenly hands tickiling, immediately called teammates to go bowling, ha~~ha~~

The 2 male leads of Infernal Affairs, Tony & Andy, are hot faves in HK Film Awards Best Actor category . At Metro radio interview yesterday, Andy did not deny that he hopes to win the award, up to today he has not given up on winning awards in music & movies . But if he does not win, he is equally happy as long as someone from Infernal Affairs can clinch an award .

It was said the directors had suggested they come in one similar outfit, it sure will be a hit. Andy quipped that Tony will be in black suit, white shirt & a tie , everyone just need to follow this outfit will do.

It is 23 years since Andy entered showbiz. In May , he is holding a special exhibition tour , to showcase his many exclusive pictures , his hand-written script, & other stuff for public viewing. He is also holding a concert in August

8th Golden Bauhinia awards organised by HK Movie Critics Asso will be held tonite @ Kowloon Exhibition & Convention Center. As usual , a few days before the D day, newspapers release their own lists of winners. Leon & Angelica were said to be winners of Best Actor & Actress. Tickets to the show is out for sale in the open market. When news of Leon winning Best actor was out yesterday, his fans rushed to buy cosmetics in exchange for tickets. A good show is expected tonight , though SARS may have decrease the nos of people going.

But the person said to win the award is actually Tony Leung. On the leakage of awards result, Joseph, the spokesman stressed that the level of security is v tight , there is no possibility of a leakage. The list is known to only a few people. he added it is just a game played by the media & he has no control . He hopes the actors will not be absent just because thinking that they are not the winners.

Andy acts as a v muscular guy in the new movie. To keep the special look a secret, whenever he enters the filming site he is wrapped from head to toe.

As the muscular guy always performs in a night-club, filming on the first day was done at wanzai Club Country 88.

TITLE: ANDY WILL SHAVE BALD

Andy is dropping his hair, sometime in mid-April, not just a bit, but shaving bald, he is becoming a �ebald-headed�f Andy !

Why is he shaving bald ? �gAll because of filming !�h 20 years in showbizz, other than acting as Ching Emperor in Duke of Moutain Deer when he lopped his hair off, he is yet to do it again. He treasures his hair a lot, but because of the script, he has to shave this time.

Will he get used to being bald ? �g Quite alrite ! Afterall the shape of my head looks nice, not less than ?? [ a Western star] . He is confident with his upcoming bald look. When his friends heard abt his intention to shave, they teased he can play a game with hair styles first . He had always wanted to try new styles before but dare not. He said he has no choice but to shave now . As to why he has to shave , he said it is still to be kept as a secret .

Andy hasn�ft been to TW for a few mths, what is he doing all this while ? He said he is busy with the make-up, a super-long make-up ! To get the chest muscles, arm muscles, back & abdomen muscles done, just muscles alone he has to endure 11 hrs of make-up.

His Mandarin album is coming out after summer holidays, his hair has not grown long yet, he may just come with the bald look !

After a day of filming, have an extra day off today, giving me enough time to rest, so as to be ready for more filming.

Andy always has a �ehandsome�f look on the screen, but lately he is willing to look ugly & play even wicked persons. He is facing a chalenge considered to be the greatest ever since he entered the cicle. The reason being in the filming of Mr.Fit, not only he has to shave bald, he has to wear a muscular suit weighing 100 over lbs , move abt & hung on wire for action scenes.

Easyfinder has exclusively photographed his look last week Andy looks like HK version of Arnold Schwarzenggar, esp the fake �esmall B �e was made like real. No wonder this �eman-made�f muscles cost more than US$1 mil .

Though Andy discloseed he is filming the movie at recent radio interviews, his look in the movie is a top secret. Every make up was done at Johnie To�fs office.

Last Sunday on the 16th, at abt 10:30am, Andy went to Johnnie�fs office secretly to test out the look & photograph some hard copies. To prevent leakage of his look, the office was on full alert the whole day, not only the drop panel window was covered with a black cloth, whenever Andy entered or left the office he was wrapped with a gown & protected by several men.

Other than the workers, there were 3 make-up experts employed from Hollywood. Every make-up process requires Andy to be pasted with muscles piece by piece with glue. Not only it may lead to skin allergy it takes 6 hrs to do.

The reporter saw after wearing the suit, Andy�fs chest becomes 45�h, waist 30�h & arm 28 �g . Every muscle looks vividly real. But as the joints were all heavily wrapped up, they are not as flexible. As such, every move looks mechanical. Other than hands & legs not listening to command, as his fat neck was painted with thick glue & covered with thick materail, he cannot move the neck .

Andy had said the look is 10 times tougher than the one in LOAD, he has never experienced so much hardship before, Other than the 10 fingers & face, his other parts are all covered , the worst is the look is not as cute as Fatso. The skin is not able to breathe, he is thinking of how to go about doing it.

He will be wearing t-back, to look realistic, even small B was made to a bigger size. On wearing the short that day, the fake B was extra protruding , since the fake one is such, not sure abt the real one ?

Famous Malaysian singer Ning Baizura has accepted invitation of Nanyang Foundation to perform in a charity show on 21 April in KL Malaysia. Andy will be also be present , so is violinist Chen wei Tian . The location is at Sunway Langoon . Dinner per table ranges from M$10,000 to 3,000 . ...

Filming of the movie on the �eBig Guy�f has started. This challenge gives me love & hate. I love his look, I also hate his look. Ohmygod �c�c�c

TVB studio @ Repulse Bay with a history of 16 years will be shifted to Tseung Kwan O. The last recording at the Studio was done 2 nights ago at a special prg called �e The Most Beautiful Nite With Yi Studio�f . Lydia Sum, Adam Cheng, Andy Lau, Haken Li, Eric Ttseng, Jordan Chan, Alan Tam , Lisan Wong,etc were present to reminisce the past.

The most unforgettable incidence for Andy is when he blurted a vulgar word at one recording with Vivian Chow. Andy always has a healthy image, he seldom makes mistake in front or behind others. He has high demands on himself, on this, he regrets till today.

He belongs to the first batch that was sent to this studio for filming in �f86 in a TV drams called Inspired. He felt like being banished as it was after he was put on the shelf by TVB.

He remembers the �eYellow Zone�f the most, there was zone for reporters , who were not allowed in during big shows. He remembers fondly of the make-up room & hair-saloon which was v comfortable !

At photo taking with Haken, both of them put up V sign. They said it was not to mean victory but to remind them they had made 2 mistakes before.

Jordan became target for their joke when Andy, Haken & Alan were together. Jordan was caught in Thailand sunbathing with Cecilia who rubbed oil for him. Teased Haken, �gNowadays u like to rub oil !�h Andy followed, �g Go again in July !�h Alan teased it is to promote tourism ! [ Oil & tourism has the same sound �eyou' in Mandarin ]

The prg will be broadcast on 29 this Saturday .

TVB studio locatd at Repulse Bay has almost all been shifted to Tseung Kwan O. Tonight went to Repulse Bay studio to rcord a TV prg. Together with some artistes & hosts reminisce some past events.

Today for the first time personally met applicants of Catchy New Talent Academy. Each has his own characteristic, can use two words to describe --- brilliant !

A few of us close friends, get together, went bowling, discuss the skill, passed the day relaxingly.

Catchy New Talent Academy where Andy is the Disciplinary master attracted few thousands applicants. The office is located at a building in Kwun Tung. Lately 2 men were spotted by the security guards touting youngsters were went for applications. Catchy Academy stff saw them distributing name cards , claiming they are from a model company wanting to recruite a large nos of people. The youngsters needed to write down their contact nos & would be called for interview. It is all free. About 10 over youngstrs were surrounding these 2 men when Catchy staff arrived. They were worried abt these applicants being conned, & lodged a police report.

Accordingly the police had taken statements & urged whoever is cheated can seek help from the police. The reporter contacted Andy�fs asst. She indicated the 2 men stopped the youngsters & promised them with job as models, they were not sure abt their motive so reported te case to the police.
