Fu Tianyin had photo shots taken for the cover of a motorbike magazine. She had learnt how to ride a 50cc scooter. While learning how to ride in TW, she skidded & had a hard time controlling the bike.

In her heart, the motorcyclist with the most style is non other than Andy Lau. In Full Throttle, he was so captivating with helmet on, it left her with a v deep impression.

First Annual World's Chinese Songs Chart was held in Beijing on 28 Sept. It was broadcasted live over 7 different stations in Asia, & had an indoor audience of tens of thousands. Abt 2 million votes were collected.

Jacky Cheung was voted as Most Popular Male Singer., Awards won by Andy were: Top 20 Gold Song I Dont L U E & Man Cry Is No Crime, Best Duet I Dont L U E, & Top 5 Male Singer. Kelly received the trophies on his behalf.

Kelly broke one trophy accidentally. She said she would give the broken one to Andy. But actually it was her own trophy, winner of Top 5 Female Singer. Of course she has to give the undamaged one to Andy!

Andy received World Most Outstanding Young Person Award in his 39th bday last year. 2 days ago he received a good news from HK Movie Production Ass that the movie produced by his Teamwork, FTK, is selected to represent HK as a candidates for the Oscars Awards Best Foreign Film nominations. 1 country can only send in one movie. Oscars will be held in March next year. This is indeed a big bday present for him

Andy said after filming 19 yrs, finally he has a chance to enter Oscars. Though it is only selected as candidate, not sure of nomination, he is happy. How is he going to celebrate? He said he shares his happiness with his family members at the moment. When he told his parents abt he news, they were happier than him! They thought he had won Best Actor in Oscars, he took a long time to explain to them. Names of the 5 successful nominations will be known only in Feb next year.

For his bday wish, Andy wishes for World peace, & hopes there is no war. He too hopes he can stay at home quietly & be with his family members. He said, "This year it is v busy outside my house. 2 days ago at noon time there were many reporters waiting for me outside my house. I am v happy everyone is so anxious with my bday, they station outside my house to protect me. But my bday is the only holidays I have for the whole year, so I will like to take this opportunity to have a good rest. I wont go out. I wish not everyone stay outside my house, without food & toilet, it is v tiring. In all, my bday I will stay at home with my parents, wont go anywhere. The reporters rest assured, go back, you wont miss any news."

In his earlier bday celebration, Andy had given out 20 big presents to his fans, he gave air tic to them to see his concert around the world. he promised he will go to America, but time is not yet confirmed, if there is peace, it should be quite soon.

26/9---Meeting lasted from last night till this morning, finally over!

Andy was guest to Naying concert 2 nites ago. He played an important part, he was able to make a nervous Naying relax.

His appearance caused a roar in the audience. He brought a necklace which Naying had forgotten to wear & put it on for her . He told her, “I saw u dancing at the backstage, really something, but don’t dance till it is like ‘mouse stealing oil!”

Naying replied, “That’s was ‘kao’ (taught) by you!”

Shocked, said Andy, “When have I ‘kao’ (given oneself) to u? I teach U!”

“I see u just stood there & sang in your previous concert, like an old singer, but now in your concert, your dance is terrific!”

Andy was v uneasy with her remark of ‘old’, Naying added, “What I mean is, because you are an excellent, professional artiste, so u could do for so long.”

Praising her, Andy said, “Every singer has a dream, Naying now has many thousands of audience, u have given her lots of support. A good singer will get applause anywhere she goes.”

They sang the duet I Don’t Love U E. Naying joked she wanted the 6-pack in the bath tub. Andy told her he had forgotten to bring, it was left with Kelly! As he embraced Naying to sing, he remarked, “Miss, u have to lose weight.” The audience laughed.

Metro wishes Andy will get more & more popular in celebrating bday for him, the djs will be sending out mooncake today, including to his office.

14th Tokyo International Film Festival announced names of its participating movies. It will be held from 27 Oct to 4th Nov. LOAD is one of the movies screened.

Andy is 40 today, he had a private bday party with his AWC fans. Andy takes his fans sincerely like his friends, this is an unusual precious trait in the circle. It is also a reason how he could maintain his status for so long. 40 to Andy is just another beginning.

It is a promise that he will celebrate his bday with his fans every year, he had it on 2 Sept this year.

In his trip to TW, he came a day early. The reporter tried to find out his trail, his workers said Andy just had dinner with some friends, it was a private event. But the truth when disclosed was he had private appointment with his AWC fans.

He gave plane tickets, scholarship to fans & allowed them to delicate songs, he sang abt 20 songs in all.

Andy will go for a holiday first . He has 6 concerts in China in the middle of Oct.

25/9---Today under typhoon returned fr TW to HK. On arrival quickly go home for a change of clothes to go to Naying’s concert. Really nonstop! Havent been to Coliseum for almost a month, really quite not bear to part…….!
After being the guest, thought I can go home & rest, of course not……some of my good friends specially bought cake to precelebrate bday for me, so we have a supper party, real happy! Thank you!

Andy in TW was to have a gun shooting game with fans, but it was cancelled because of typhoon. The organiser withdrew the game to guard the safety of fans. An indoor media interview was held instead, to the disappointment of fans. [wrong info!]

Andy withdrew gun shooting game with fans yesterday, for the safety of fans. It became a photo-taking session instead. This made the fans even happier. They said they were too happy to sleep that night. Andy is v good to his fans, in real life, how does he treat his true love?

Andy's rumoured gf Zhu Liqian surfaces again & again in HK. Dees it mean Andy is ready to disclose his love affair? Andy who has always refused to answer this question, when asked how he is as a lover. He gave a bitter smile, "My love life is just like any other ordinary person. But one thing, I feel it is very unfair to the other party, [...hey HOORAH! He admits!!!!] because I am not able to tell how much I have given out in love, I use all the time I have to do my own things.

Andy has given out himself almost in total to his work. His legions of fans are extremely loyal, their relationship to him is as close as family members & friends. He said, "Maybe there are people who dont like me, but they cannot deny that I am not hardworking." Time can tell, even for those who dislike him, after so many years, will also begin to respect him.

Terrorist attack & TW typhoon disaster have made the world v gloomy. Andy said somberly, "I hope everyone can be happy, what has happened had already happened."

Andy left TW at abt 5pm yesterday to avoid any impending typhoon.

Andy will start filming a musical movie soon, for release around Xmas. He hopes to lift moods of people at this gloomy period.

The movie is target at Asia market, forgoing market in Europe & America.

The movie will be comical, heart-warming & romantic.

He will act as a dance tutor, teaching housewives from the upper class. The female lead is a waitress who aspires to climb high all the time. She aims to have her dream fulfill by learning dancing.

At first Andy looks down on her, but later he finds out what he has been missing form her. It is girl-chase-boy affair. Andy has invited Sandra Ng to play the role, he will experience being chase by girl this time.

After his concert dancing Andy is confident to film a dancing movie to perfection this time.

24/9---The main reason for coming to TW this time is to promote FTK. Relax a whole day yesterday, I was a bit puzzled, actually the work all falls on today & tomorrow. Before noon are busy with interviews from magazines, afternoon is press con, nite time is busy with the premiere.
Looks like TW is going to have typhoon again. Hope it would not affect TW this time. Tomorrow I am going back to HK, as guest for Naying concert, allow me to reminisce in Colesium again!
